A little help with your links.

Copy the URL from your browser or another app, open VersaLink Keeper, and tap Add or the + button. Paste the URL, optionally add notes and tags, choose a folder, and save. An available preview can fill an empty title; you can edit the title yourself. Links without a folder appear in Unsorted.

Open All Folders using See All on Home, or go to Settings → Manage Folders. Tap Reorder and drag your custom folders into the order you want. Home shows the first five custom folders in that order, with Unsorted kept first.

Use Home search to find links by title, URL, notes, tags, folder, or recognized platform. Tap Cancel, the app logo, or the Home tab to return to the usual Home view. Tap a link’s heart to add or remove it from Favorites.

In a link list such as All Links, a folder, or Unsorted, swipe left to reveal Delete. You can also open the link and choose Delete Link, or use the list’s selection menu to delete several. Confirm the deletion. Deleting frees a slot; archiving does not. Archived links still count toward the free limit.

Previews depend on what the website makes publicly available. Supported YouTube videos may provide a title, channel, and thumbnail. Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok previews can be missing for private, restricted, or unavailable posts. You can still save and open the URL. An internet connection is needed to fetch a new preview.

Yes. In Settings → Link Previews, turn off Automatically Fetch Previews. This stops new preview requests; cached images can still appear. While enabled, previews contact the linked services, which receive the requested URL and normal connection information such as your IP address. See the privacy policy for details.

You can browse and organize your saved collection offline. Opening websites, fetching new previews, and purchases need a network connection. Your collection is stored on this device; the app has no account-based cloud sync. Export a JSON backup to move a collection to another installation, then import it with the lifetime unlock.

Go to Settings → Export Backup, tap Save Backup to Files, choose a location, and tap Save. JSON is the format you can import later. Export Links as CSV is for spreadsheets and cannot be imported back into the app. Exports include your saved tags automatically; any Tags control shown by Apple’s file picker labels the exported file itself. Exporting is free. Files are unencrypted, so use a private location.

The app keeps up to seven daily copies, captured on days you use it, plus a safety copy before the most recent restore. They are on the same device and disappear if you delete the app. For a backup outside the app, export JSON to a location you control. Temporary thumbnails are not included in JSON backups and can be fetched again.

With the lifetime unlock, go to Settings → Import Backup to select a JSON backup, or Settings → Recovery Copies for a local recovery copy. Review the details before confirming. Restoring replaces the entire current collection; it does not merge. A local safety copy is made before replacement. Export your current collection first if you want to keep a separate copy.

The free version saves up to 10 links, including archived links. It includes organization, search, previews, appearance choices, and JSON/CSV exports. The optional one-time purchase adds unlimited links, JSON import, and recovery restore. There is no subscription. Apple shows your local price before you confirm the purchase.

Open Settings → VersaLink Keeper License and choose Restore Previous Purchase using the same Apple Account used for the purchase. Restoring a purchase restores access to paid features; it does not recover saved links. Use a JSON backup to restore your collection.

Use Share from a link’s detail page or from the actions for selected links. iOS shows the destinations available for your device and the content you are sharing. Messages availability can differ between the simulator and your iPhone; try on the phone and check the share sheet’s additional options. You can also copy the URL and paste it into a message.
